Our Drivers:

Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.
— Helen Keller

Every driver on our team is an integral asset and valued team member. We strive to train and retain our employees by establishing trust, respect, and positive rapport through intentional effort, training, and recognition.

SAFETY

Driver Safety is Always Priority

Ensuring that our drivers are safe on the road is an everyday process that is multi-faceted. This includes:

  • -Executing compliance strategies to FMCSA, USDOT, TXDOT, NMDOT, MSHA, IFTA, and other regulatory requirements to ensure
ongoing compliance of legislative and safety regulations.
  • -Provide all company trucks with any/all documentation necessary to operate legally on all roadways in the United States of America.
  • -Training drivers on Hours of Service, auditing hours of service logs daily, enforcing proper rest times to protect the driver & fellow motorists.
  • - Requiring mandatory drug and alcohol screening quarterly that goes beyond the enforced regulations of the FMCSA

PREPARation & AWARENESS

Prepare for the Future

We prepare for the future by conducting pre-trip inspections with the driver on a weekly basis during their weekly maintenance trip to our truck yard. This ensures that all equipment is running efficiently and the driver is knowledgable of what exactly to look for in regards to the equipment running efficiently. By doing so, we are reduces the anxiety associated with roadside inspections and allowing the driver to bring forth any questions, comments, concerns they may have regarding their mobile office.

Retain

Train and Retain

We are not in the business of burning bridges. The goal of our hiring process is to screen an individual for proper experience, positive attitude and interest in the type of service we provide. Each driver is of a high-caliber and held at high regard throughout their tenure at Easley. Our training does not terminate once the driver begins driving solo, but it is a continuous process that involves the cooperation/support of all members of our company. This group effort and constant training provides the groundwork for a long, thriving business relationship.
